Dr. Oscar Goñi currently serves as the Chief Technical Officer for Brandon Bioscience. Oscar is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company including the supervision of research projects and the development and integration of new processes, technologies, or products for commercial gain.

Dr. Oscar Goñi is a protein biochemist with experience in in bioactive compounds extraction, seaweed bioprocessing, crop biostimulants, post-harvest technology, analytical chemistry, carbohydrate science, enzymology, and bioinformatics. Oscar received his Degree in Chemistry from the University of Navarra (Spain), a MSc in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) and completed his PhD in Plant Protein Biochemistry at ICTAN-CSIC (Spain) and Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). He is a named inventor on 3 patents in the agroindustry sector and have published and presented widely in the field of phytochemistry, plant physiology and plant biostimulants.
