Why should you attend?
What does it take to support diversity and inclusion in the workplace? We continue to examine and reassess the answers to that question and we know that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach for organizations.
But we can implement best practices as a matter of strategy. We can focus on leadership and boardroom diversity, encouraging and supporting women’s leadership at the institutional level. We can develop our skill sets so that we are responsive, adaptive and gutsy in tackling the biggest challenges. And we can network with those like us, who are looking for answers and want to drive themselves, and their businesses, forward.
The AICPA & CIMA Women’s Global Leadership Summit in London brings those ideas to the forefront with leading speakers, thought-provoking discussions and great opportunities to network.
High-performing professionals in business, finance and leadership development will examine barriers that stall women’s advancement and share concrete strategies for moving women — and their companies — forward.
Adapt your skill set
Mindfulness. Mentoring. Innovation. Three qualities of a new type of leadership.
As the definition of effective leadership continues to evolve for the world at large, how are you adapting your skill set to meet your profession’s needs?
Network with aspiring leaders
Meet future leaders like you during networking opportunities throughout the conference - from morning breakfasts and daylong collaborative learning to our evening reception, our event is all about facilitating conversations with inspiring women all around you.
Who Should Attend:
Professionals from all business sectors: public accounting, business & industry, not-for-profit, government & academia
Aspiring leaders and those who want to develop new skills
Male colleagues who wish to learn more about raising up those around them
