Jonathan joined Actis’ Sustainability team in November 2021 and specialises in business integrity, leading both our pre-transaction business integrity due diligence work, as well as supporting our portfolio companies in their implementation of best standard business integrity practices.
Jonathan has over 15 years of experience in the field of business integrity. Prior to joining Actis, he led Deloitte UK’s Corporate Intelligence practice, where he led and contributed to hundreds of business integrity due diligence, third party risk management and investigation engagements for global clients within the energy, real estate, digital and financial services sectors.
Before this, Jonathan began his career in international trade, before serving as Operations Manager for a leading business integrity risk management consultancy in Shanghai.
He speaks Mandarin and holds a BA in Chinese & Management Studies from the University of Durham.
