Greg Rotz is a Principal with PwC and leads the transformation consulting practice focused on Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences (PLS). He brings 25 years of experience shaping and serving the C-suite agenda for his clients.
Greg maintains close relationships with executive leaders across the PLS industry and is often sought-after to lead major transformation initiatives for his clients. He has extensive experience helping his clients to set enterprise direction, build strategic capabilities, drive organic and inorganic growth and address issues related to profitability and resource allocation. He is a sought-after expert for media outlets covering life sciences and a regular contributor of original thought leadership on issues facing the industry. Greg has been recognized by his clients for his ability to work effectively across the organization, from the ‘Board Room’ to the ‘War Room.’
In his sector leadership role, Greg’s focus is to ensure PwC is well-equipped to support PLS clients on their transformation journey. He has responsibility for setting the strategic direction for the practice and growing PwC’s PLS business across the value chain, from R&D to Commercialization.
Greg has previously served on PwC’s new partner election committee, the advisory healthcare leadership team, and the advisory board for PwC’s Health Research Institute.
Greg came to PwC with the acquisition of Booz & Company, where he led the North American Life Sciences team. Prior to Booz & Company, Greg was a partner with Marakon Associates, where he focused on CEO-led programs to drive shareholder value.
Greg has a degree in public policy analysis from the College of William and Mary. He and his wife live in Arlington, Virginia with their two boys.
