Christopher Vajda QC was the judge of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland at the Court of Justice of the European Union (“CJEU”) from 2012 until the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union in 2020. Prior to that he practised at Monckton Chambers and had an extensive practice in the field of competition law. He has now returned to Monckton Chambers where he accepts instructions to provide legal advice, and to act as an expert witness or arbitrator. He is a visiting Professor at King’s College, London.
