Dr. Aya Hashem Ismael a chemist and project leader at Greencap Solutions.

Aya holds a PhD in Organic chemistry from UiT, the Arctic University of Norway. During her research career she took part in a big collaboration project between different research groups in the Scandinavian countries focusing on CCU (carbon dioxide capture and utilization). The project aimed at slowing climate change and reducing the environmental implications of the increasing CO2 emissions.

Aya is working as a chemist and project leader at Greencap Solutions, where she participates to the development of GreenCap’s carbon capture technology in light of sustainability and climate change control.
