Currently Esther is head legal, compliance and HR of Webb Traders B.V. a fast-growing prop trading firm in the Netherlands. Previous she owned her own compliance consultancy firm and advised numerous financial institutions, assisted them in license applications or communication with Dutch regulators. She started her career at the legal department of the AFM. Esther has authored and co-authored several publications.
