Teague LenahaVP, Insights and Innovation at Zillow
Teaque is an accidental designer, recovering MBA, and VP of Insights & Innovation at Zillow. In that role, he is responsible for driving transformative growth by understanding what truly drives home buyers, sellers, renters, agents, partners, and employees and bringing that growth to life via service design, creative prototyping, and tight integration with brand.
Prior to joining Zillow in 2020, Teaque was the national director for design and innovation within the retail, automotive, and consumer packaged goods sectors of Accenture Interactive’s Design & Innovation arm, Fjord. Before Fjord, Teaque held various leadership roles in innovation, brand strategy, service design, new concept incubation, and business development at frog design, gravitytank, and Prophet Brand Strategy. His clients have included the Federal Reserve, Target, Nike, Microsoft, Oracle, McDonald’s, Samsung, Honda, and 7-Eleven, among others.
Teaque earned an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Technology from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he serves on the advisory board for the MMM program (a dual-degree program of the business, engineering, + design schools), and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College in literature and history.
