Simon has significant experience in complex regulatory, criminal, and internal investigations and enforcement proceedings facing multinational corporations, financial institutions and individuals across a wide spectrum of business sectors. Simon has defended clients before the UK Financial Conduct Authority and Serious Fraud Office, US Department of Justice, European Commission, Italy Public Prosecutors’ Office, Japan Financial Services Agency and Korea Fair Trade Commission.
