Malgorzata (Gosia) Nocula-Lugowska is an antibody and protein engineer with experience in the design and discovery of monoclonal and multispecific antibodies and antigen-antibody structure determination. At Pfizer BioMedicine Design she is leading early development of biotherapeutics such as T-cell retargeting bispecific antibodies and other complex modalities. Prior to joining Pfizer, she served as an antibody engineer at Invenra. Before that, she was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Chicago where she focused on antibody discovery and antibody-target interaction determination by crystallography.
