Profile

Dr. Ouspenskaia received her Bachelor degree in Biochemistry with a Minor in Pharmacology from McGill University in Montreal. Her graduate research in the lab of Dr. Elaine Fuchs at the Rockefeller University was focused on elucidating the developmental origins of adult stem cells. During her post-doctoral training with Dr. Aviv Regev at the Broad Institute, Dr. Ouspenskaia is using a combination of experimental and computational tools to explore the unannotated proteome in cancer, and its implications for cancer biology and therapy.
