Chuck Malaise serves as Chief Counsel – Antitrust & Regulatory Counsel at Koch Capabilities, LLC – a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc. As Chief Counsel – Chuck advises on all aspects of antitrust law, including merger control, counseling, compliance, training, and auditing. He also provides related counseling and support for foreign direct investment and similar M&A regulations.

Prior to joining Koch, Chuck worked for the antitrust practices at Baker Botts LLP and Howrey LLP in Washington D.C., where he garnered extensive experience in merger control and antitrust litigation across numerous domestic and foreign jurisdictions. He received his J.D. from Baylor Law School and B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University.
