In this role, he provides a broad range of antitrust advice, including M&A advice, to Intel’s Data Center Group, its fastest growing business. Previously, David was lead Americas antitrust counsel for a major pharmaceutical company, Novartis, and spent a decade in private practice in Washington D.C.
