Jennifer Milici is the former Chief Trial Counsel of the US Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition. Ms. Milici focuses her practice on representing clients in high-profile litigation and helping clients navigate the evolving antitrust regulatory environment. She is well-positioned to advise clients on antitrust regulatory reviews and investigations, to litigate challenges filed by US antitrust enforcers, and to represent clients in high stakes federal, state, or administrative litigation.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Milici served in various positions at the FTC’s Bureau of Competition, most recently as Chief Trial Counsel. In that role, she led the Litigation Group and led or supervised multiple enforcement actions brought by the FTC. In 2021, Ms. Milici also served as Acting Deputy Director overseeing the enforcement activities of three merger divisions. Ms. Milici previously held positions in the Litigation Group and in Mergers III.
Ms. Milici’s experience at the FTC included investigations and enforcement actions in key industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical devices and technology, hospitals, chemicals, oil and gas, software, semiconductors, consumer products, retail and entertainment. She routinely engaged with Commissioners, Bureau of Competition and Bureau of Economics leadership, foreign antitrust agencies, congressional staff, and others on important issues related to the FTC’s work.
