Mike Scarborough is the Practice Group Leader of Sheppard Mullin’s Antitrust and Competition Practice Group and a partner in the firm’s San Francisco office. Mike is a first-chair trial attorney specializing in antitrust and other complex litigation.  He has extensive experience handling litigation and investigations at the intersection of antitrust and IP law, class actions, international cartel litigation, high-stakes commercial disputes, and consumer protection matters.  Mike regularly defends multinational businesses in all phases of class action and direct plaintiff litigation, from pre-complaint investigation through trial and appeal, and frequently guides businesses and individuals through civil and criminal matters involving federal and state enforcement agencies.
