In light of recent developments Arctic Shipping Forum has been postponed until 23 - 25 June 2020, Helsinki.
New dates announced
Due to the escalation of the situation regarding COVID-19 in Europe, Informa has taken the decision to postpone Arctic Shipping Forum to 23 - 25 June 2020, remaining at the Paasitorni Congress Centre in Helsinki.
The well-being of our delegates and colleagues remains our number one priority so whilst this decision has not been taken lightly, we feel that moving the event further back in the year will provide the best possible opportunity for you to meet your business needs.
Any existing bookings are valid for the new event dates and attendees will have received an email notifying them. If you are an existing attendee and have any questions or concerns, please contact either:

As the COVID-19 situation is changing daily, we want you to feel totally confident about booking onto our events.
- If Informa needs to reschedule the event, we will simply roll over your booking to the new dates
- If Informa is unable to run the event again in the next 12 months, you will be entitled to a full refund

Health and Safety
We are proud to serve our customers and our priority is always the health, safety and happiness of our attendees and colleagues at our events.
We are monitoring the situation closely and following the official advice and guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and local government authorities.
As such we’ll be following all internationally recommended safety and hygiene measures. You’ll see a number of additional precautionary measures in place including:
- Hand sanitiser points will be available throughout the venue, including the elevator foyers and public spaces
- Prominently displayed reminders about good hygiene practices
Be assured that we are monitoring developments on a daily basis. If anything changes, we will contact all attendees. We are working hard to create the best possible experience at our events.
