Magomed joined the Fund in September 2020. He heads the Department of Strategic Analysis and Planning. Magomed had been working at Far East Investment and Export Agency as Deputy CEO and was responsible for the development of projects on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation. Magomed worked at such companies as KPMG, Deloitte, Gazprom Neft as well. Magomed has experience in audit and financial consulting, in conducting complex geological and economic assessments of offshore projects.

In 2011 Magomed graduated from the National Research University Higher School of Economics with a degree in management, from the European Business School with a degree in management, in 2013 from The University of Buckingham with a degree in enterprise management, as well as the University of Project Management under the offshore project management program. Magomed is a finalist in the competition "Leaders of Russia 2018-2019".
