I started to join the coffee industry by producing organic fertilizer for coffee trees in 2018. Then I processed fine robusta in a few years and realized the lack of technology in post harvest processing. In the next few years I studied and worked hard to become a PHP expert. Now I am the only Vietnamese PHP Lecturer of CQI in Vietnam.

In this time I join to setting up the FiRo Factory, which is invested with many new processing technologies to produce many new products for young people. And I am the founder of FiRo Academy, the first Q Processing Venue of CQI in Vietnam. I hope through education I can help the young farmers to approach the PHP knowledge and the new technology to fight with the climate change, pollution and market fluctuation.
