Lawyer with extensive experience in public, civil, corporate and tax litigation in different offices, with practice in several courts in the country since 2004. He is also a State Attorney of Rio de Janeiro and a Tenured Professor of Civil Procedural Law at UERJ, teaching in the undergraduate, masters and doctorate courses. He holds a Master's Degree in Public Law from UERJ, a PhD in Procedural Law from UERJ and a Post-Doctorate in Law from the University of Coimbra. He is also trained in Negotiation at Harvard Kennedy School and holds a Master of Laws from King´s College London.
