Stuart Cullen is a litigation and insolvency partner in Harneys’ BVI office and heads up its contentious LatAm practice. He specialises in international insolvency and restructuring, asset recovery, and shareholder litigation and arbitration.

Prior to joining Harneys in 2015, Stuart practised as a barrister in London and Dublin for 10 years, where his work focused on chancery and commercial matters. He has wide ranging arbitration experience, including acting in ICC, LCIA, Stockholm Chamber, JAMS and ad hoc arbitrations.
