Christina Peng is partner of DeHeng Law Offices (PRC) with over 15 years legal experience. Before practicing as attorney at law, Christina worked as in-house general legal counsel in Netease (NASDAQ: NTES), top three leading internet and high-tech company of PRC. Since practicing as attorney at law, Christina mainly practices in the field of cross-border commercial dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration) as well as regulatory compliance, investment and financing in high-tech, big data and new energy resources industrials.
As a highly experienced litigator and arbitration attorney, Christina represented numerous overseas companies and Chinese domestic companies in handling high-value cross-border and Chinese domestic commercial cases in Chinese courts and international arbitration commissions with impressing number of winning lawsuits, including but not limited to injunctive relief application, contractual dispute, equity dispute, financial dispute, intellectual property dispute, infringement dispute, cross-board assets recovery dispute cases, etc..
As a highly experienced arbitrator, Christina heard arbitration cases in Thai-Chinese International Arbitration and Mediation Center (TCIAC), Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC), Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (GZAC), Qingdao Arbitration Commission (QDAC), which provides a more comprehensive vision in dealing with complex cross-boarder disputes.
Christina was listed as Key Lawyer of “Dispute resolution: Arbitration” of THE LEGAL 500 China List 2023. And with her extensive experience in litigation and arbitration practice, Christina has been nominated and appointed by high-level government authorities as consulting expert, such as counselor of The Supreme People's Procuratorate of PRC for Civil and Administrative Cases, legislative counselor of the Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial People's Congress of PRC, etc.
