Harris Chan has over 20 years of in-depth experience in commercial litigation and brings extensive experience across all court levels in Hong Kong and arbitration. His broad clientele includes banks, securities companies, listed companies and private high-net-worth individuals in Hong Kong, PRC and abroad.

Harris' practice covers shareholders' and directors' disputes, banking and finance disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, medical health proceedings, internet fraud, as well as employment and administrative law matters.
