Justinas works as lead counsel in cross border and national commercial litigations where he advices and represents clients in complex disputes, including recognition and enforcement proceedings of foreign awards.
As a sworn member of New York State Bar and graduate of Harvard Law School (unique combination in the Baltic States), Justinas is a respected expert in the US related legal matters for the Lithuanian entities. He is a member of Lithuanian Bar as well.
Justinas’ expertise focuses on the energy, financial services, IT, construction and real estate industries.
Justinas is a contributor to the New York Convention Guide, a project run by UNCITRAL, Shearman & Sterling and Columbia Law School chaired by prof. Emmanuel Gaillard and prof. George Bermann, as well as Yearbook Commercial Arbitration, chaired by prof. Albert Jan van den Berg.
