Joanne Wright is a managing director in Kroll’s Restructuring Advisory practice, based in Manchester, and leads the firm’s UK Personal Insolvency practice. She has more than 30 years of experience in the insolvency industry and has specialised in personal insolvency for the last 20 years. 

Joanne undertakes contentious and non contentious insolvency engagements. 

She has extensive experience in debt negotiation, advising and implementing complex bespoke voluntary arrangements and administering complex contentious bankruptcy matters. Joanne also has considerable experience in dealing with insolvent deceased estates. 

The majority of Joanne’s experience is contentious insolvency, and she is known for her tenacious determination to investigate and recover assets. 

Joanne works closely with Kroll’s Forensic Investigations and Intelligence team which offers an extensive asset tracing and recovery service in the UK and worldwide. 

She is commercial and pragmatic, with maximising realisations for stakeholders her driving intention.
