Simon is a Managing Director of the London office of Quantuma, specialising in restructuring & insolvency with a particular interest in contentious matters.  Over 20 years Simon has been appointed in relation to both UK based and offshore entities, with litigation at the forefront of some of those appointments.  Those include fraud and fraudulent misrepresentation claims, negligence claims against auditors and misfeasance and antecedent transactions claims against parties based in numerous different jurisdictions. 

Currently, Simon is appointed over companies in Jersey, the Isle of Man and the BVI where investigation and litigation are the overriding themes.  Recent UK appointments include several questionable fractional ownership schemes where investors have lost millions.
