DK Singh, Managing Partner of KBH, has over 25 years of experience in top tier multi national law firms. He leads the Firm’s Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Commercial teams. He has extensive experience in advising and assisting clients throughout the UK, Asia, and
the Middle East and in particular the GCC states.

DK Singh has been in the UAE for more than 10 years and with KBH, a bespoke DIFC based law firm specialising in DIFC laws with a predominant role in the DIFC Courts. His experience in UAE has focused on dispute resolution in the DIFC Courts and various arbitral institutions including the DIFC LCIA. He also advised on corporate matters including restructuring and entry strategies into the UAE and GCC. Prior to his move to Dubai, he was based in London with Dentons for over 11 years and was the partner responsible for India practice of the firm and with responsibility to oversee South East Asian countries including Singapore.

In addition to his litigation experience in the United Kingdom and the DIFC Courts, DK also has extensive arbitration experience involving arbitrations conducted under various institutional rules such as the ICC, LCIA, LMAA, DIFC LCIA, DIAC, GAFTA, EMA, AAA among others in various centre across the world including London, California, Singapore, Stockholm, Paris and Dubai.

He is currently a Committee Member of the DIFC Courts’ Users Committee, which acts as a liaison body between the DIFC Courts and their respective users, including legal practitioners registered with the DIFC Courts.

DK has been actively engaged in advising companies in financial services, real estate, oil and gas, aviation and on insolvency matters throughout the Middle East, Africa and Asian and South East Asian countries. He has had a reputable client led practice focusing on cross border business ventures and international dispute resolution.

DK regularly contributes articles on arbitration law, mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution in the UAE and India. He is often consulted by clients as a legal and commercial advisor and regularly negotiates contracts and complex commercial deals on their behalf.

He has been recognised by Chambers Global and Legal 500 as a key figure and a recommended lawyer for his many years within the practice areas of dispute resolution and employment.
