Great event to build and support my local L&D network, learn from peers, and share successes to help each other grow. Very diverse audience, which resulted in rich discussions, interesting presentations, engaging panels, and powerful learning experiences.

Major insight for me across all the presentations was the need ‘to go back to humans’: social intelligence, interpersonal relationships, coaching skills, soft skills . . . are becoming priority L&D topics across all organizations whatever their size or their activity field.
