Sandra is leading talent development for Kemira, a global company whose chemistry improves your everyday. As part of Kemira’s senior HR leadership team, she works in close collaboration with the management board to make sure our approach to talent will help achieve our business strategy. Her responsibilities include leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, future competences, continuous employee listening models and employee engagement.
Right now, she is also leading cross functional global projects to define Kemira’s Future Leadership Principles and their Future Competence program as part of their sustainability transformation driving profitable growth.
She prides herself on an inclusive leadership style, future orientated and an analytical approach. She has 30 years of multi-sector experience and an international career that has spanned the UK, Papua New Guinea & South Pacific Islands and now Finland.
