Gabriele is a certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach with more than 20 years of work experience in various HR functions and industries in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
In her current role as Head of Talent Management for Market Area Middle East and Africa with Ericsson, she focuses on developing talent for Executive roles in line with the organization’s needs. At the same time, she works closely with leaders across all levels to increase their leadership capabilities and help them transform, manage change and deliver superior results through people.
Gabriele has a particular passion for developing young talent, and was instrumental in establishing a mentoring and coaching program specifically geared to help young talent find their true purpose. Most recently Gabriele introduced a new team coaching program to her Executive Leadership Teams focusing on increasing productivity and effectiveness. Gabriele lives by her purpose which is to “help talents and teams find their wings so that they can enjoy the freedom of choice”.
