Mariam Al Musharrekh

Executive Director - Human Resources at Miral

Mariam Al Musharrekh is the Executive Director of Human Resources at Miral, where she not only leads and manages the execution of the Group’s HR strategy in line with Miral’s strategic direction, but also played a vital role in establishing the Human Resources department. Mariam is also the Chairman of the Emiratization Committee of Miral Group, leading all Emiratization initiatives, career development, and recruitment.

Prior to joining Miral in 2012, Mariam was the Business Support Manager - HR at Premium Banking Department. She has also worked at Standard Chartered Bank and Emirates NBD as an Assistant Relationship Manager and Relationship Officer, respectively.

Mariam graduated from University of Wollongong Dubai with a Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management.
