Masam is a senior facilitator who has delivered over 350 interventions around the globe covering diverse topics such as customer Service Excellence, Motivational Leadership, Sales Management and Emotional Intelligence. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst who is a highly driven individual and believes in delivering excellent solution to his clients that are true to the organizational values of customer centricity and innovation.
A Canadian national residing in Dubai, Masam is a Master Coach and Trainer since 2011 . He has delivered over 5000 hours of training , consulting and coaching during that time . Prior to this, he spent almost a decade in banking, corporate finance and asset management roles . At the Bank of Nova Scotia, he led a team of HNW financial advisors who managed CAD 580 million in assets . His previous mandates allowed him to train and coach different tiers of professionals, getting a first -hand view of strategic goal setting and execution . Furthermore, he was been working closely with nationalization programs geared towards the financial services industries across the G . C . C (With special emphasis on Service, Sales and Leadership) .
