Having 17 years of detailed and broad-based expertise in composing and executing strategic plans, and policies, and propelling new standardization initiatives and procedures to improve overall HR operations, methodologies, and procedures.

I am known for being precise, and goal-orientated in the achievement of divisional excellence with a passionate desire to achieve maximum results in every facet of the HR function in terms of quality of performance, budgeting, and ensuring the implementation of a full range of comprehensive HR standards and levels of compliance.

I have successfully remodeled organizational structures by analyzing manpower requirements, designing talent management processes, & reviewing corporate policies & procedures resulting in the implementation of a comprehensive 3-year HR plan. I have also overhauled all budgetary requirements for every department by implementing new cost allocation systems and reviewing costs in collaboration with Finance Department resulting in clear financial planning with operational procedures.

I am a highly dedicated and ambitious professional that has progressed multiple times within my career and holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia, and a Master of BA in Human Resource Management from Multimedia University, Malaysia
