Mischella is a Technology Leader at BCG where she advises C-suite of Fortune 500 FIs on digital growth strategy, digital asset strategy, technology strategy, blockchain, AI, and emerging digital architectures for accelerated business growth. She has led 100M+ global initiatives spanning international payments expansion, payment modernization, omni channel money movement & fraud defenses, humane debt recoveries platform, and open banking. Her experience spans all major US Banks among others.

Mischella has won Indian National Innovation Award for designing a new algorithm for Indian avionics used in military flight management systems the Mischella graduated top out of 8k students in her undergrad. She is currently the Founding Member of Women Tech and runs a nonprofit One Living that provides free education in financial awareness and career building to the underprivileged in the Washington D.C area.
