Break Through Barriers and Create Impact with Innovation

I always find practical ways to move forward on my innovation challenges at BEI. It is the place where leaders in the trenches of innovation connect, share their experiences and support each other solving real problems.

I loved the energy and the unique space that BEI was held in last year. The way the speakers engaged with the audience after the sessions were really helpful. The BEI team were their usual, cheerful, energetic selves! Looking forward to Las Vegas in 2019!!

I attended BEI in 2018 and it changed the way I thought about my role in innovation. I was able to meet people who were running into similar challenges as I was, and the openness in sharing their lessons learned was incredible. Much of what I took away from BEI shaped the improvements to and success of our innovation program at West Monroe. I’m looking forward to coming back both to learn and to share!

One thing I have learned about innovation is that inspiration, ideas and methods can come from absolutely anywhere. BEI is the ideal event where we get to hear so many different perspectives from a diverse set of institutions, industries and companies. All one needs is one great example or idea or connection to make the investment pay off. Can’t wait!
