Anna ConsaniVP of Community and Strategic Partnerships at Springboard Enterprises
As Vice President, Community and Partnerships at Springboard Enterprises, Anna Consani incorporates online tools and in-person networking to build strong business collaborations and enhance the visibility of Springboard portfolio companies and the women who lead them. Anna leads the Springboard Dolphin Tank program, a "friendly-feedback" pitch session for entrepreneurs to get connected to real time advice and resources. Over the last 5 years, Anna has hosted and moderated pitch events in over 30 cities across 6 countries and as of March 2020, due to the Covid pandemic, has run over 25 virtual events for the Springboard community.
Anna relocated from Washington, D.C. to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2017 to represent Springboard on the West Coast and manage corporate sales for her family business, California Delicious, a food and wine gifting company. She helped scale and sell the company to Hickory Farms in 2018. Prior to joining the Springboard team, Anna worked for Members of Congress in both Washington, D.C. and California, and was a Panetta Congressional Fellow in 2012. Anna holds a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Sociology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and currently working remote from various cities up and down the west coast.
