Jason GustinDirector - Cell Line Development & Engineering at MilliporeSigma
Jason received his Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from Indiana University in Indianapolis, IN, where he studied the signal transduction pathways induced by TNF. He then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis using shRNA-lentiviral screens to understand the genetic circuits controlling peripheral nerve myelination. Jason joined MilliporeSigma in 2009 where he used ZFN and then CRISPR technologies to engineer cell lines for catalog and custom projects. Jason is the Director of Cell Line Development and Engineering in Upstream Bioprocessing R&D where he leads a team devoted to enhancing and optimizing the CHOZN-GS™ platform.
