Kelly Sackett
Principal Scientist at Pfizer

Kelly Sackett is a  Principal Scientist in Analytical R&D, BioTherapeutics Pharmaceutical  Sciences at Pfizer, Groton, CT. He leverages solution NMR approaches toward  characterization, process understanding, and method development for various  biological drug candidates including glycoconjugate vaccines, small molecule  conjugate vaccines and proteins. His is focused on optimizing molecular  characterization strategies throughout drug lifecycle. Kelly holds a PhD in  Biological Chemistry (2006) from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot,  Israel (lab of Prof. Yechiel Shai). Postdoctoral work (NIH Ruth Kirschstein  fellow) was carried out under Prof. David Weliky at Michigan State  University.

Agenda Sessions

  • NMR spectroscopy illuminates the path for process development of glycoconjugate vaccines
