Kristen leads the ‘Prescriptive Batch’ initiative within Cytiva’s Automation, Digital, and Learning team. Over the past five years, she has been involved with product strategy for Integrated Process Development, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and Sensors. Prior to joining Cytiva, she worked for 14 years commercializing late-stage biologics with Bristol-Myers Squibb. Kristen completed undergraduate studies in Biotechnology at the Rochester Institute of Technology and obtained a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University – both located in New York.
