Natraj Ram is an accomplished biotechnology professional specializing in biologics process and analytical development. With an extensive career spanning over three decades, Natraj has significantly contributed to biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing.

Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Innovation, Bioproduction at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a role in which he is responsible for strategic direction for research, development of growth opportunities, and overseeing the portfolio and program management team across R&D.

Before Thermo Fisher, Natraj held leadership positions at renowned biotech companies including Takeda, Alkermes, AbbVie, and Pfizer. In each role, he demonstrated exceptional expertise in various aspects of biologics development and manufacturing, intellectual property strategy, and the introduction of novel technologies and processes.

Natraj's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Rutgers University and a General Management Program from Harvard Business School.
