Prof. Dr. Thomas Bieringer is the Global Head of Advanced Manufacturing-Platform Engineering and Support and SVP at Bayer Pharmaceuticals – Product Supply Biotech. He leads a team of bioprocess engineers who are accountable for the equipment and digital platforms across the Biotech division globally. Thomas is also on the chair of Bayer’s CGT Industrialization Platform Program. He has international leadership experience of over 20 years in Technology-, Innovation-, Alliance- Management and Business Development with a strong track record in Material & Life Sciences.
