Adam BlaszczakR&D Director / Molecular Biology and Microbiology at Cytozyme Laboratories
Profile
Adam Blaszczak, with over 20 years of experience in conducting scientific research in Molecular Biology, Genetics and Microbiology, has focused his efforts in transcriptional regulation of gene expression. Previously, Adam managed and supervised scientific research at InnovaBio, a Contract Research Organization (CRO), for key Utah life science industry biotechnology companies; including BioFire Diagnostics, Inc. and Echelon Biosciences. Adam’s scientific background consists of initial research on subunits of RNA polymerase at Queens Medical Center in Nottingham, United Kingdom, extensive studies on transcriptional regulation of Heat Stock Response and research on stress response of microorganisms at Centre Medical Universitaire in Geneva, Switzerland, and Transcriptional regulation of gene expression in human cancer at the Huntsman Cancer Institute at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. Adam’s research has been published in multiple top peer reviewed scientific journals and presented at a number of prestigious international conferences. He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Gdansk, Poland.
