I am a young researcher finalizing my PhD thesis in the Biotechnology course of University of Verona. I am part of the Agricultural Chemistry Lab, working under the supervision of Prof. Anita Zamboni and Prof. Zeno Varanini. Our research tries to unravel the action mechanisms of protein hydrolysates with an innovative multidisciplinary approach, testing biostimulants derived from sources very different one from another (collagen, plant residues and microbial biomass).
