Profile
Leslie leads the digital health strategy team at Stanford Health Care. In this role, she drives the strategic planning, prioritization, growth and financial diligence for Stanford’s digital health programs. She has led the scoping and implementation for multiple programs at Stanford, including the Second Opinion Offering, eConsults program, National Daily Health Survey, and more. She also hosts an annual Digital Health Symposium, and monthly collaborative calls, convening digital health provider leaders to discuss successes, priorities, and risks driving digital health strategies; during the COVID-19 pandemic, this group collaborated weekly to share learnings and feedback pertaining to COVID-19 response and recovery efforts. Prior to joining Stanford, Leslie was a Manager in IBM Watson Health’s Strategic Advisory Practice, advising health systems regarding value-based care and population health strategies, primarily focusing on strategic growth and partnerships, and enterprise planning. Here, she became a certified practitioner in IBM Design Thinking, and leverages the associated methodologies to drive innovative problem-solving solutions. Leslie also previously developed and directed the physician contracting strategies for two divisions within HCA. During business school, she interned with the Corporate Strategy Team at the Cleveland Clinic, primarily focusing on developing growth strategies and partnerships.
