Rafaèle Tordjman

Founder and CEO at Jeito Capital

Rafaèle founded Jeito Capital in 2018, drawing on her almost two decades of experience as a life science investor. Prior to launching Jeito, Rafaèle spent 16 years at venture capital firm Sofinnova Partners, starting as an analyst before being promoted to Managing Partner and co-leader. During this time, Rafaèle invested and sat on the Board of several private and public companies including, Ascendis [ASND], DBV Technologies [DBV] and Nucana Biomed [NCNA]. In 2010, Rafaèle founded W.I.T.H (Women Innovating Together in Healthcare), an international organization that brings together senior female executives in biotech, medtech, and healthcare from across the entire value chain. In September 2020, Rafaèle was awarded Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur, France's highest distinction, for her outstanding achievements.
