We are now using EXPOCAD for all of our larger events. This means you will have received a login from Expocad where you can update your digital booth, upload service kit forms and logos, and add things like product description and youtube videos. We encourage you to utilize this new service and feel it will be a great marketing tool for the floor plan and exhibitor listings. IF you did not receive your login or have any questions about the Expocad Floor plan or listing please let me know.

Shipping

Please see GES  shipping information, instructions, and pricing. All packages must be sent through GES Exposition’s Advanced Warehouse, by March 4th, to be delivered directly to your booth at the event.

Important Dates
-  GES will start accepting packages on Tuesday, July 7th, 2020.
-  The deadline for advanced shipping to the warehouse is Wednesday, August 5th, 2020.
