Marina AlviSenior Research Scientist, Lilly Biotechnology Center-San Diego at Eli Lilly
Marina Alvi is a Senior Research Scientist with the Protein Biosciences Group at the Lilly Biotechnology Center-San Diego which is part of Eli Lilly’s Biotechnology Organization. In her role she leads the mammalian expression group that supports early discovery and engineering of antibody and other large molecule therapeutics, with a particular focus on accelerating purified protein delivery. Marina holds a Ph.D. in Cell Biology from the University of Bradford, UK and a B.Sc. Hons in Biochemistry from the Newcastle University, UK. Prior to joining Eli Lilly, Marina was a postdoctoral scientist at the Scripps Research Institute, San Diego.
