Dr. Barbara Pretzner is a Senior Consultant at Körber Pharma Software. In her role, she combines her knowledge in data science and bioprocess engineering to support the industry with efficient process characterization and digitalization strategies towards Pharma 4.0. Barbara has been coding since childhood and received her MSc. in Biotechnology in 2017 (University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna). She then put her skillset to the test at Körber Pharma Software (formerly Exputec) since 2017. Besides her full-time job, she successfully completed her doctoral programme in 2022 (University of Technology, Vienna), where she further deepened her statistical & bioprocess engineering knowledge.
