Bettina Knapp

Bioprocess Development at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma GmbH & Co. KG

After working in different fields of statistics, Bettina Knapp is with Boehringer Ingelheim at the site in Biberach since 2014. First, she was working as head of Biostatistics in the Process Control of Biopharmaceuticals and later as Senior Associate Director CMC Statistics in Quality Biopharmaceuticals. In 2018 Bettina started in the Development Biologicals department where she is since 2022 Laboratory Head in Late Stage Upstream Development, being responsible e.g. for the integration of models and digital twins into bioprocess development.
