Carlos has over 17 years of experience within the biotech industry, working within process development and manufacturing. He is Senior Engineer I at Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease unit, responsible for Technical SME for Clinical Cell Banks and Technology Transfer Lead for Early Stage Clinical Projects. Previously, he was at Celularity as Manager of Cell Therapy Manufacturing, responsible for technology transfer of cell therapy products and instrumental in development of a closed manufacturing process. Carlos held positions at Patheon, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Progenics Pharmaceuticals and Immunomedics, Inc.
