Gerardo Santiago Toledo

Senior Scientist, Process Development at Autolus Ltd.

Gerardo Santiago Toledo is Associate Director, Process Development at Autolus. He joined Autolus in 2019 where he is involved in the characterisation and refinement of autologous CAR-T cell processes for early-stage and late-stage programmes. Gerry has been involved in regulatory filings (IND/IMPD), CMC strategy, late-stage path towards BLA for Obe-cel (AUTO1) as well as doctoral supervision in collaboration with UCL Biochemical Engineering. He has a BSc in Biotechnology Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey and a PhD in Biochemical Engineering from UCL, where we worked in investigating process parameters for a potential allogeneic cell therapy for neural regeneration.
